The Bulletman (so called because of the unusual bullet shape of the helmet) is a 40lb suit of body armor. It is designed to protect the wearer from full force strikes, punches and kicks from head to toe.
The suit was developed over 25 years ago, by expert Bill Kip, as a self defense training tool which allows realistic attack situations.
The Bulletman is used as part of John Brawn's F.A.S.T. self defence training course.
The F.A.S.T. or Bulletman course is a scenario based, adrenal stress response training program which trains students of self defense to react quickly and effectively in realistic threat situations.
John referees a Bulletman session
The Bulletman course has two levels:
Level 1-Non Contact & Verbal Boundaries.
Level 2-First Strike.
In Level 1 you learn how to assert yourself and deal with the natural excitement and fear that can cause you to freeze up.
In Level 2 you learn how to deliver effective strikes and kicks to vital areas no matter how scared you might feel.
And of course you will have fun in a safe and comfortable environment.

F.A.S.T. stands for
Fear: the number one factor in successful self defence is dealing with the fear that arises during an attack.
Adrenaline Flooding: occurs immediately occurs with fear in a dangerous situation shutting down the higher functions of the brain and activating the flight or fight syndrome.
Stress: is induced by adrenal flooding, impeding your judgment and fine motor skills. This affects your ability to assess the appropriate action and react effectively.
Training: with the exists Bulletman uses that fear to aid better your self defence.
